Scale S Export Data Typo
Exporting the Wyze Scale S data creates a spreadsheet workbook and e-mails it to me. The heading for each sheet in the workbook is “Body Compostition [sic] Data”. I certainly hope my body isn’t composting!
I imagine this probably affects other Wyze scale models (I’m assuming there’s a server-side script that performs this function for all the scales), but I have only the Scale S.
I have the same problem with the new V3 Pro camera.
Please fix the notification sound problem as discussed in the forum topic " Notification sounds stop working after app updates".
The system default notification sound plays only even when the Wyze Sound 1, 2 or 3 is selected. I missed the Sound 1.

We have made some cloud changes recently we hope has fixed this. If you are experiencing this, please power your camera off and then back on, force close and restart the app and let me know if it is still occurring. Log #1382393 (16:27 Pacific time ) No playback from my newest V3 from events page, it shows a pop up window that says Micro SD not found /Shop or cancel. SD Playback works just fine from live view. This is the only one of five V3 cams with this issue and it is the newest set up on 12 March 2024. There are a ton of screen shots and other info on the forums from many users.
I also have a Ticket from 13 March 2024. #3731304

To celebrate tax day, they should be 4 for 15
Cam plus lite missing after deleting camera and re-adding it following the outage on 4/15 camera shows up on the cam plus light list but it is unchecked when I check it leave the page and return to the page it is unchecked again.
Are you adding it via the app or my.wyze.com? If it is in the app can you try doing it through my.wyze.com and let me know what happens?
Yeah I already logged on to my account on the web check the box that way now it’s working. I guess the services page on the app just doesn’t really work
Cam plus lite it’s working but I’ve lost the detection grids I’m back to the old stretch to fit square.
How do I get the detection grids back?

This is for the issue regarding the app’s reporting that no SD card is installed when tapping the microSD Playback icon for a Cam Pan v3 event on the Events tab. I also referenced this while replying to another topic.
EDIT: Since generating a log in the app prompts the user to contact Support, I did that, too: Wyze Ticket 3807410.
