Discord - Camera time and notification time do not match
We’re still looking into this issue. Could you please let us know if the devices affected are Wyze Cam v2 or if this is also happening on other cameras?
Forum - Issue with ‘Turn off push notifications’ option, When using the setting ‘until I turn it back on’ it turns itself back on after 24 hours
Through investigation with the reporter, it looks like this may be related to a forgotten Rule that was turning notifications back on. If this is affecting you, please check for Rules and let us know if you had one set for turning on notifications. If we don’t hear about different cases before the next update, we’ll remove this from the update list.
Reddit - Bluetooth issues on Pixel phones affecting pairing for Bluetooth devices
Is anyone still experiencing this issue after the 2.44 hotfix app update? We’ve seen that some OnePlus phones are still experiencing difficulty and we’re looking into this. If you have a different kind of phone and are still having trouble, please let us know!
Facebook - Cam Plus subscribers unable to filter events
This looks like a complex issue that will involve multiple teams to isolate the root cause. We’re working on it now! If we need any info from affected folks, we’ll let you know.

We have a new firmware in beta right now. Please give it a try and let us know if this issue is resolved!
Forum - Wyze Cam v3 microSD card Playback is skipping the first minute of every hour (excluding midnight)

Core - Error 3001 is happening on cameras such as Wyze Cam v2
We now have a build in beta testing that looks promising! Beta testers, please give it a try and let us know if you still experience the 3001 issue on the test firmware.
Core - Wyze Cam Pan v3 randomly stops recording
The fix for this was just released to the public! Please try firmware 4.50.4.4767 and let us know if you continue to have any problems. If nothing is reported, we’ll remove this from the update list next week.
Forum - Wyze Sprinkler Controller schedule skipping days
We saw someone post an interesting theory about this over in the forum and we’re looking into it with our engineers. We’ll let you know if that holds the key!
Reddit - Wyze Cam Pan v3 does not return to set home position
We are working on a new firmware that has an update for the Waypoint drift issue. We’ll let you know when the build heads to external beta testing!
Bonus Forum - Wyze Cam v2 Detection Zone reverted to a box instead of a grid
We are working on a new firmware that resolves this issue. Thank you for your patience!
Reddit - Phone call audio has to be turned on to hear audio through the iOS app for grouped cameras
We haven’t been able to reproduce this and are looking for help with gathering data. If you’re affected, could you please post a screen recording of this issue so we can check it out?

We don’t have a further update for this one yet. We’ll let you know when a fix heads to QA! At this point, we’re still checking on the submitted logs.
Forum - When Wyze Cam v3s are in a group some of them will fail to load live feeds and return an Error Code 90
We added some improvements in the 2.44 app! Is anyone still having trouble with this? We are working on further improvements for future software.
Core - Cameras appear offline in the app, though they are online and viewable
QA found some bugs with this firmware and the team is working on resolving them. We’ll send another build to QA when it’s ready.
