Forum - Wyze Cam v3 micro SD card playback is skipping the first minute of every hour (excluding midnight) 
We’re waiting on QA for this fix but we’ve merged the code. This fix will be in the next Wyze Cam v3 firmware release.
Core - Not getting AI tags on Cam Plus videos 
If we don’t hear back about this one by next week we’ll remove it from the list. So please speak up if you’re running into motion-only Event Video tags without stuff like vehicle, person, or pet detection! Here’s how to send a log for it:
Recreate the issue and then open up the Wyze app to Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log. Select your device from the dropdown menu, write a description of the problem with the date, time, and time zone that it occurred, and then make sure that the Send Log option is selected. Send that log to us and post the log number here as a reply, please!
Discord - Cameras that are subscribed to Cam Plus Lite cannot enable person detection when a camera is in Wyze Home Monitoring 
This is another issue we could use some help with! If you have this issue, could you please submit a device log using the following instructions:

Core - Wyze Sense Hub reporting incorrect times that sensors are triggered 
We’re currently expecting this to be resolved in an update planned for after the new year. There are some other things that we’re currently working on. We’ll bring back this update when we’re ready to work on this part but won’t update this entry until then.
Reddit - Wyze Outdoor Cam gets stuck at 1/3 without reset of the base station

If we don’t hear from folks saying this is still an issue by next week, we’ll remove it from the list! We haven’t been able to recreate it for a while.

We found a new bug so this fix is planned for 2.38 now. Thank you for your patience!
Reddit - Wyze Video Doorbell is getting stuck on 3/3 instead of displaying the live stream 
The recent firmware that addresses this seems to be doing well! Are you still having this trouble? If so, please let us know now! We’ll take this off the update list next week if we don’t hear back.
Core - Cameras appear offline in the app, though they are online and viewable 
We had to stop the firmware release that addressed this issue and we’re working on fixing some issues with it. We apologize to anyone impacted by that. We’ll keep you updated about the status! If you are experiencing this, please send in logs and post the log numbers here.
