My V3 Pro is using production firmware 4.58.0.3210 and it works just fine on Web Live View.

My v3 camera is only on firmware 4.36.11.4073
When it checks for updates, it says it’s ‘Up to date’
My live webview is still stuck, and I can’t view a live feed. Any update on this?

You are using a Beta Firmware so I would ask those folks about the V3 Beta you are using. I am using the latest V3 public release 4.36.10.4054. The Beta users and WYZE said they are working on a fix toward the end of below link. Are you using a V3 or a V3 Pro?

Wyze is there an ETA on this fix for the V3 live view? I thought I was doing myself a favor by having my V3 cameras auto update firmware but now they don’t work with live view. Critical to my home security setup.

What does they don’t work mean, they do not show up or just won’t load. I have three V3 cams on firmware 4.36.10.4054 and one V3 Pro and they all stream just fine on Web Live view.

Any V3 camera on firmware 4.36.10.4054 won’t show in live stream. They show the last Event “shot” with the “loading” symbol just spinning. I can access live view from app fine, but the Live Stream to an iPAD or PC stopped working with this update.

Do you have good network speeds up and down? I have a PC and an iPad connected via a VPN and have 201 download and 20 upload and the cams load instantly. I don’t know of any other reason they won’t load but I don’t think it is the firmware. Have you tried a different older version of firmware to see if it will work on at least one camera?

Gig FiOS access, plenty of bandwidth-that’s not the issue. I have 4 cameras in my Livestream that are Wyze V3. 3 have firmware 4.36.9.139 and work, the fourth has 4.36.10.4054 and it doesn’t work. That’s the only difference and I see others on the forum have the same issue.

Having the same issues with the same firmware version. It’s quite frustrating.

My V2s and V3s work OK but V3 pro won’t live stream any more (used to work). Works fine on phone app.

My V3 pro seems to work on Web Live View Ok, the others are V3 cams.

Has this been fixed yet? I’m having the same issue… on 3/4 of my cameras in the house. It’s been a year since initial complaints, I find it frustrating that they are taking this long to support the product.

I am able to stream the V3 Pro’s on the new My Wyze Portal ( my.wyze.com/live).

My V3Pros are streaming, but I can confirm that some of them do keep getting knocked offline/stopping after several minutes and requiring me to refresh them, while others like the FLPro seem to keep streaming indefinitely…like all day long without interruption.

My V3Pros still not streaming on Wyze Portal - cameras are fully upgraded.

My V3 cameras are up-to-date with 4.50.4.8409 and they will not stream on the portal. it finds them but will not work. any updates?
