Wyze Sense Hub will not set up

Can’t really give you any suggestions beyond what you have already tried with completely deleting the Hub and reinstalling, maybe a soft reset on the Hub?

But, I did want to let you know that the last Firmware update that Wyze so generously pushed out to the Hub broke it. See the threads below. It is still broke and has not yet been fixed. Those who downloaded the updated FW are stuck with it. No rollback. They did pull that FW off the market, but too late. The damage had already been done.

While I can’t be certain, your issue may be one that Wyze caused.

Hope it gets better soon. But, in the meantime, you might want to call them and demand overnight shipment of a replacement.
