No issues

Updating 6 V3 cams and 1 Pan V2 will update if any issues.

Edit: after updating, my V3 cameras noticeably improved in live view, before I would get stuttering every 5 seconds and quality not reaching HD. Things seem to have smoothed out finally and begin live view much quicker.

V3 4.36.10.3346 Skipping First Minute

Firmware still contains the bug in SD Playback that will skip the first minute of every hour except for the very first minute of the day at 00:00:00.

Installed 4.36.10.3346 on 4 of my 8 camera’s. And they have been working okay. give it another few days and then might try the other 4 as they in a remote location.

Had 6 cams to update, Tried bulk and individually. None of them would take. Tried to turn off / on but that didn’t work either so I had to unplug 2 and after reboot the beta installed. The other 4 cameras are 5 hours away and I can access, alter, view but I can’t “restart” or “turn off” any of those 4 so the update fails each attempt.

How do I update to this firmware for my v3? My v3 is on firmware version 4.36.10.2864. The Wyze app says my firmware for my v3 is up to date.

EDIT: never mind, figured it out!

This bug fix is not in this release.

Updated all 8 of my V3s, 2 individually and rest with bulk update. all went well. Seems to be working better, picture in live stream seams to be more stable and clearer. They all appear to have a more stable wifi connection. if I notice anything in next couple days I will post an edit to this.

almost right when the last update was posted my pan v2 started moving around and i had an event that said error 05 on a movement that started at exactly 1:19 eastern time also there was an event that said automation a little before it started turning. I haven’t seen that before. would this have to do with an update or is there another problem? I updated it after it happened with and update that showed on the app.

i miss read the times it happened today not right when the post was made

I attempted to upgrade four v3 cameras to the new beta. Two of these are part of Wyze Floodlights. One of the two floodlights refuses to upgrade to the new image. I’ve tried both batch upgrade and individual upgrade. It never takes. The other three cameras upgraded and are working fine. FWIW.

Some good, some bad. I have a perpetual issue with 2 of my v3s that will not stop. These two cams were the first batch on the first day of ordering. Neither camera will work again once I put any newer firmware on them. I always keep older firmware on the SD card to keep these two going.
No different than with this latest beta; as soon as I load them with the old firmware, great. Go to update, it cycles through, and then blue fast flash. If I try to reset them, they will never connect to my wifi (And more than one access point of different brands) .
Is there something in the first batch that’s not compatible?
