I did three Pan Cam V3s, all went well. I do them individually though just in case.

Updated app and 3 - v3’s. So far so good.

Samsung S24 ultra

Samsung a9+

Android 15

Updated app on my Samsung S24 plus and Pixel 10 Pro. So far looks good. but need to test more

I don’t see it, is it out there on the App Store yet for iPhone?

Are you looking at TestFlight since this is a Release Candidate?

I just checked my test iPhone and found the new App in TestFlight

I thought that was only for beta release.
It said release candidate, I guess the terminology lost me.
Thank you!

Yeah, I think the typical release pathway as an app matures through testing is Beta (β) ➜ Release Candidate (RC) ➜ Production, so you’ll tend to find the RC app announcements here in the Beta category. You should expect to see production app announcements in Wyze News.

I hope that helps.

OK, all updated but now I have a new issue with the pan cam V4.
I did submit a log, but when scrolling back on SD video it seems to be frozen on a specific time frame. No matter where I scroll back to it’s frozen at that one time. I tried both of my pan cam V4 and get the same results

I’ll give it a while, storms passing thru and rain. May or may not be related at all. Don’t think so.

Very strange.

Opening the app, just gets me the splash screen, Wyze Never Wonder, but I am wondering lol, some cams still sending notifications, maybe not all. All breakers are on.

I may delete it and try a reinstall unless something else crops up here or out there as the issue besides me. I’ll watch it a little while.

Other Wi-Fi and cams working.

S24 Ultra, this app version, since I can’t open the app lol

Force stop didn’t change it, and uninstall reinstall has me locked out too. Can’t login either.

I’ll hold for other feedback if any if it’s not just poor little old me.

Wyze is down.

I’ve rebooted everything.

I figured, since all else is good here.

Not enough excitement lately😁

Maybe its not their fault or server

AWS

Possible.

As a data point Web View is working. I was able to log in and see my cameras.

I never use it. I’ll wait. May have to though. Lol

Same experience here. Started around 5p that I noticed. The services were working in the background but I got error 43 in the app and bulbs acted offline. I updated app, logged out, and now same as you stuck at the welcome screen despite logging in successfully. Then receive error popup that “something went wrong”.
