I’m having an issue with my Wyze Air Purifier where the AQI reading in the app does not update, and the graph doesn’t show any historical data. I’ve tried refreshing the app and even rebooting the purifier, but the AQI and history still won’t populate.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? I’d really like to be able to track the air quality trends over time. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I just checked, and I have 1 that shows the recent AQI on the main screen (note that this number doesn’t update as frequently as the number on the units physical display so it’s normal to sometimes be slightly off) but it is not showing the AQI history in dots on the daily graph like it should and used to. I’m guessing it’s a bug in the recent app version. I haven’t checked in a while.
I do have 2 other air purifiers but I know one is definitely unplugged and the other shows offline, probably because my ISP went out a couple of days ago and sometimes these have trouble reconnecting after an outage so I’ll have to reset it and check if it’s having the same issue.
This could be related to a bug where the air purifier drops offline. Take a look at this thread and see if it applies: https://forums.wyze.com/t/firmware-updates-released-4-15-2024/296299?u=ashtonwalky
