V3 pro loosing connectivity after upgrade

I have a few different Wyze cameras I am having an issue with my V3 pro after my last upgrade on it. I lost connection. I have to keep going through the full set up every time I loose connection. Connection only lasts about 3 hours. The camera is about 6 feet away from the xfinity pod. The camera was working great until the upgrade. Never lost a connection.

If you are running 4.58.11.7214 on your Cam v3 Pro, there is a known issue with connectivity that Wyze is working on. Numerous posts related to this issue in the firmware update announcement topic in the Wyze News category:

Most of us are anxiously awaiting a new firmware update. Some are manually flashing back to the previous version. If you’ve never flashed firmware to a cam before, it can be a daunting task.

My camera is not connected at this time. Will wyze tell us when they fix this?

If you want to connect now see my detailed topic on recovering from the last working firmware. You will need a blank SD card formatted in FAT32.

If an OTA Firmware Update is issued by Wyze, it cannot be installed thru the app unless the Cam is connected and online.

The only way to update Firmware on a Cam that is offline is by the manual flash procedure detailed by @markrunryder.

After 8 days of back and forth with Wyze they have issued a gift card for the V3 Pro that failed from this update. Problem is they refunded the lower price from a year ago, and no shipping costs, leaving me to pay $10.70 to replace a camera that they killed with bad firmware. Way to go, Wyze team!

I was able to get my v3 pro connected and they had a new upgrade 4.58.11.7357. We will see if there are any issues with this upgrade

It looks like the new upgrade did the trick. The camera has been working for the last week.
