Those customers are still waiting after over a year.
July 2020: I grew tired of waiting so I broke down and bought a Ring doorbell. It works with Alexa and SmartThings which I use both so no worries there.
You (Wyze) start down new product paths that have nothing to do with your base, the Wyze cameras, and leave the areas that everyone is begging for barren. When I think of Wyze I don’t think of scales and fitbit style wristbands. You’re venturing into areas way beyond what got Wyze where it is today. Expand or die has its limits. Expand too fast and you’ll end up like an over-inflated balloon…BANG! you’re gone.
I know Wyze is small compared to other companies and that limits their ability to develop new products in parallel because they don’t have the depth in certain areas. I really think you need to look hard at your choices for new products and focus on the core areas for now.

To be honest I would rather that Wyze does not integrate with Smartthings but rather integrate it within the app itself since with the Wyze smartsense sensors why do you want 2 apps to do all that. I would be happy to just use Wyze for the cam and security service with just one app.
To maintain development of new products and services Wyze should follow the “Ring” plan and offer cloud storage for a monthly fee to allow for recurring revenue stream so Wyze does not have to raise funds etc.
Wyze products are great and inexpensive. If they offer $10/yr of cloud storage, my guess even “Scrooge Mcduck” would be happy to pay.

With the introduction of wyze sense this becomes even more important. Wish I could vote this feature up a thousand times. Way more important and functional than voice assistant integrations.

I have 2 cameras and if Smarthings Integration exists I will replace all motions sensors inside and outside with Wyze. So a total of 12. Would love to see the integration

Then why would you need SmartThings? And you would potentially be moving from local automations to cloud based automations.
