Hi, I’ve had my robot vacuum for about two years, it’s not very old, but of course for a battery it’s starting to get up there in age.
How do I replace the battery? I’m guessing I’d have to send it in, it doesn’t look user-replaecable.
Can you give me the details of how I replace it? Do I just submit a service ticket and send it in?

Wyze doesn’t do this. If you want to replace the battery, you have to do it yourself (or have a handy friend or someone help do it for you).

You’re welcome. I agree, it does look fairly simple. I’ve had one since it first launched, but I haven’t replaced my battery yet either. However, I eventually plan to follow this to replace it too. I hope it turns out to be fairly easy for you.
