We’ve been succesffully using the vacuum for a few years. Within the past few days, the vacuum icons will slowly pulse white (which seems to mean connectivity issues). I have restarted the router and let the vacuum battery die, but it seems to be stuck.
Holding down the home button for 5 seconds does not start the resetting process. I can hold the power button down to turn on/off the vacuum, but it does not utilize the voice notification as it typically does.
It almost seems that the vacuum is bricked as it’s not reacting to anything. I really hope it isn’t.
