My Wyze Robot Vacuum won’t turn on. It’s connected to the charging dock and the app says it’s 82% charged (but has said that for days) and in ‘standby’ mode. Every now and then it says ‘turning off due to inactivity’. Charging points checked and delivering 20V. Is there a way to reset it somehow?
Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes will force a cold reboot of the vacuum.
Cleaning the contacts with isopropyl alcohol regularly can help prevent issues with the charging system.

Welcome to the forum @thesheepdip!
I would first start with trying to “restart” the device
Disconnect the vacuum from the charging station, then press and hold the power button to turn the vacuum off. The vacuum will say, “Turning off”. Wait 30 seconds and connect the vacuum back to the charging station to reboot the vacuum. Turn the vacuum back on and try again.
A lot of really good information in the product support page.

Thanks, but it shows as not on, the buttons don’t do anything. Will try disconnecting the battery to force a restart.
Thanks will try this and have ordered a replacement battery in case
This worked! Now to see how long the battery lasts. Thanks you!
