Robot Vacuum no lights

3 year old Wyze Robot Vacuum dead. The vacuum has no lights on and will not boot up.

I have:
Left it on the charger for over 24hr
Cleaned contact points
Held down the power and home button separately and together
Replaced the battery

With the battery replaced I held down the power button and started hearing humming so I assume its getting power. Not sure where to go from here, is it toast? Wyze customer support told me to kick rocks because its outside the 1 year warranty
