I followed all steps including different SD cards but I keep getting the message “SD card not found”. I purchased the Wyze Pro Battery 3 weeks ago. Any suggestions?

Can you clarify which camera - the battery cam pro?
If no SD cards work in it, it may just be defective, and probably makes sense to exchange it. Did you format the cards before trying them - my preference is to use the formatter from sdcard.org as it will remove any special formatting that some other devices can put on cards.

What did Support say when you contacted them? If your Battery Cam Pro isn’t recognizing cards after following their troubleshooting recommendations, then they might offer to replace it since it’s a new purchase for you.
