Installing WYZE Cam outside - one approach

That’s the first I’ve heard of it. Maybe some of the many people that get below zero can chime in. They would probably want to know what “feeble” is as far as symptoms. First thing I’d check is my connections for the power cable which may experience contraction and expansion and subsequent contact issues. You might also want to ask in one of the following threads.

Whose Wzye Cam's are Out in the Cold? The weather Outside is frightful!

It gets cold, snowy icy n windy, in the Northern Climes . Who has tucked and protected (under an eve, etc.) . A Wzye Cam, out in this kind of cold weather? Lately, we only drop into single degree negative numbers ( -2° or -3° F) rarely. Normal winter temps Avg 30’s in the daytime & 20’s to teens at night.

Camera working at zero degrees

I want to use the camera outside where our temperature goes to 0 degrees. Has anyone had experience with the camera working at that temperature

Wyzecam v2 - Really Cold Weather performance

I have one of my Wyzecam v2 units outside and it is bitterly cold in the Toronto area today. It has warmed up a few degrees and is now -24C (or -12F). The Wyzecam seems to be working as normal under my sheds eaves using an outdoor housing from Amazon. The shed is well over 100 feet from my house and I am getting approximately 100K/s in HD mode in these well out-of-spec conditions.
