The issue i have is if someone stand in front of it would they see the cam? i need it to be completely invisible so no sign of cam. i been searching online for few days on and off.

I don’t think you’ll find anything to make it completely invisible since the lens and IR lights need to be exposed to work. If you don’t need night vision using IR you might be able to create something with a two-way mirror or something similar that the camera can see through but someone from the f…

To truly be that invisible would be very tough. If you don’t need the IR, then you could get it down to about a half inch hold (maybe a little less) for the lens. Other than that, WildBill’s suggestion about a 2 way mirror is about it.

Hello Where do i find two-way mirror in small size and IR and Night Vision is disabled on my cameras so i don’t need it

I don’t really know - never had a need to know such. Go find a glass shop and talk to them. They likely have some ideas.

How are you guys hiding your cameras? Cameras

Just curious. How are you guys making your cameras less conspicuous, especially indoor cameras? I’m about to go pick up a black one, maybe two, from Home Depot, which will blend in better in some locations but in other locations the white ones will be less conspicuous, but even in those areas, the black lens/lens cover sticks out like a sore thumb.

I am so lazy. Really? Tell us how lazy are you. My newspaper delivery person is great. They always put my morning paper in the long plastic newspaper box/tube attached to the side of my garage. I have the open end facing the house so I can see (most of the time) if the paper is here. Outdoor Cam Birdhouse Tips & Tricks

I received my Wyze Outdoor Cam a week ago, set up was easy and I had it running within minutes. I have seen a number of post about how disappointed folks are that the WOC requires the Base Station and it has to be plugged directly into the Ethernet port. Well, really, don’t folks read before they purchase? This was clearly called out. I put the WOC out in my side yard to cover the side door to our garage and the garbage can area. My first impressions are that it has a wonderful wide range an…

Standalone Solar Powered Mailbox Tips & Tricks

So, here is my mailbox update… My WyzeCam died after nearly two years of punishment in FL weather. Pretty admirable considering it was not designed to be used outside. I had originally designed the solar electrical system to power a single camera with an AGM battery. When the camera died, I decided to upgrade the battery to LifePo4 to get nearly double the useable capacity. I had to change my charge controller to accommodate the new battery as well. Since I doubled my capacity, I decided …
