For anyone experiencing this issue could you try something for me, please manually adjust your cellphones time zone to a different one and wait 10 minutes, Then change the time zone back and see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn’t please submit a new log and give me the log number. Thank you for your help.
Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically (uncheck)
I set my iPhone’s time zone to London, and my iPad began to receive notifications in London time.
When I manually set it back to EDT, my notifications show the correct time. I’ve unset the manual override and the notification time remains correct.
I’ve already submitted a log for this weeks ago and the reply I got was a generic “we are looking into it”. You can look up my most recent log. Feel free to use my account to repro, it’s consistent.

The test I was having people do is for a potential fix we have found. Some people are able to fix it by manually changing the phone time zone, waiting about 10 minutes and changing it back.

That test has nothing to do with the problem you and I are discussing. Timezone change seems to be for notifications being broken. How does that fix the problem I am pushing for?
So back to my last response - log already submitted weeks ago, is it being used? If you need a consistent repro, use my account on Android.
Hi @fred2028, I do not work for Wyze and do not have your issue, but just want to help if possible.
Earlier in this thread @WyzeJasonJ asked for a video showing the filter event issue.
I’m not sure if Wyze can log into any customer account to replicate an issue, so it seems the best they can do is to ask customers for info.

- I would not be surprised if Wyze can indeed login to customer accounts for debugging purposes. If they can, I am giving my permission for them to do so.
You are correct, I was mistaken and thought your reply was to the time zone issue, that is my mistake. Changing your time zone will not help your issue.
I cannot tell if your log has been helpful without knowing the log number, if you give me the log number I can send it up to the team to look at or verify it has been looked at.
We can’t log into anyone’s account even for debugging purposes or any other purposes.
We have been able to replicate this in the instance of Cam Plus Lite users but not Cam Plus users, a video shows us what the user is seeing and the exact steps they are taking. Having this along with the log helps us track issues down when we cannot replicate them.

Also how do I find the log numbers of the logs I’ve already submitted? It should be the last log I submitted.
In the app, go to account tab → Wyze support → Log History
It will have a list of all past logs there
I have given it to them to look at, but have not heard back from them yet. You are safe to delete it on your end though, they do have it.

Discord - Camera time and notification time do not match
We believe we’ve identified the root cause of this. In the meantime, please try manually changing your cell phone’s time zone to a different one, leave it in the other time zone for 5 - 10 minutes, and then change it back. We’ve heard back from customers that this workaround has helped with this problem.
Facebook - Cam Plus subscribers unable to filter events
We’re working on changes to the app that will take place in an update after the upcoming 2.45 app release. That should help with this! In the meantime, we’ll continue to seek solutions for this problem.

The LED light being red when motion detection and event recording is off was fixed in the latest beta for the v3, but not yet in the v3-pro.

8/4 was the original callout for new issues, that happens on the first Friday of each month, the updates are posted as replies to that topic. At the end of the month, we close this thread and do a new callout and the updates in that thread. Next Friday we will do an update in this thread, close it and start a new thread with a callout for any new issues.

Please fix the double, sometimes triple sound notifications issue for the same event. Been happening for almost a month. Updating to the latest app made no difference, reverting to a several months old app, has the same issue as well.
