There are two in the last several months that are memorable to me but are (now) unfindable.

• Somebody posted a notated screen recording to demo his problem. @Crease and I both complimented him.

• Another was a pageful: detailed, clear and formatted.

In the future, I’ll put 'em here while still fresh.

Not a “first post” in the sense of an initial post from a new community member (which is how I interpreted your topic title), but maybe it’s this?

Release Notes Confusion...?

Whenever I get notified that there is a new firmware update for one of my devices, if I select the “What’s New” link… I just get directed to a catch-all forum post containing all release notes… but the versions never match up and I can never find the correct ones… Here’s a link to a screen recording I shot to show what I mean. Am I doing something wrong?? Cheers!

Cloud clip | SD event: Same trigger?

If I get a cloud clip alert, should I expect a corresponding 1-min SD event? Right now, for every 10 cloud clips, I’m getting only 5 corresponding SD events (over the same time period.) (V2, android app & firmware current, Kingston class 10 32G SD card)

New products vs fixing existing problems

Do you think Wyze founders were passionate about cams any more than Jeff Bezos was about books at the outset? Or was it a purely bloodless calculation of the initial item that would serve the grand plan best?

Obstructed qr code

I’m trying to set up v2 black cameras I had laying around, my iPhone 14 Pro, in the app, when we get to the QR code, the bottom is obstructed by the dumb “next” button. So, the camera can’t read it. Is there a fix for this? This company just continues to piss me off.

I think one of the things that makes this one so great is the user’s category choice:

Washing a first gen rechargeable camera - in the washing machine

Yeah, not totally waterproof - Somehow stuff in life happens - maybe I should send it in for a research project - Or maybe someone has a suggestion as to how to revive it? I really did like that camera.
