I suppose I have to amend my statement:

“Most people who are happy don’t come to a forum to say so.”

IRL, I try to tell people when I’ve had good service or they did a good job because those types of niceties are very rare. We live in the age of complaining and entitlement.

Life is about the little things. Especially the nice little things.

Amended.

Yeah, I do that, too. It’s very powerful in the best way possible.

I can’t use my normal language on the forum.

From the Bizarro Wyze Forum:

Welcome to Wyze Communities - Powered by You

If you remember nothing else, remember this:

Determine your point before you speak. Then express and support it as well as you can.

Welcome challenge and criticism and adjust your position when warranted.

Got it? Ok, here’s the rest:

This is a place for all Wyze community members to connect, share, and learn from others. Please treat the forums with the same respect you would a public park. These rules are intended to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for engaging discussions…blah blah blah

I get that, just don’t get your question my old friend:person_shrugging::person_shrugging:

Why do I get the feeling that you are just being mean to our little froggy friend

Yep, it’s called self-selection bias. It’s true for most feedback across the internet for products and services. In most cases it’s a tiny minority of a userbase that will show up to complain. This does not mean that complaints are invalid, but they are almost always disproportionately represented compared to satisfied customers. Version 3.0 of the Wyze app is a good example, where a very tiny sample of vocal customers lodge complaints compared to the vast majority who do not.
