Once again thanks for giving us Canadians equal opportunity at wyze released products! Still waiting for the other half of the catalog of wyze products to be available but instead we just get the most popular itemsā¦.and donāt even get me started on us not being able to participate in beta product testing! I love the products for the most part just wish they were more stable and held settings/preferences and cam plus notifications! Iām constantly trying to get only the notifications I want but the app is soooo buggy. And the lag time between doorbell pro button pressed and I get the phone call on my phone is horrible. Most of the time I just get up.

I tried to order several times. Each time my order is automatically cancelled within seconds due to alleged fraud. Customer Support did not help. Now Iāve missed 2 great deals and Iām still waiting for this support email to come. WTH?

How about providing a set of coloured front face stickers? I want to make some of the cameraās less obvious with less trouble than making an enclosure with a small hole for the lens.
Here is another thought, how about making a cylindrical camera so you could say āslides into a 1 1/2ā hole.

I want the colorless, clearcoated and nonreflected finish in neutral gray. Or fading shadow.

Matter has not set any standards for cameras yet that I am aware of.
So youāre saying that Wyze abandoned several high vote user wish list items for their own wish list item?

Cameras are not on the list of Matter supported device types, yet.
Support for new device types is driven by Alliance members, and new use case teams have already begun defining new device types to be supported, including ambient sensing, appliances, dynamic lighting, cameras, electric vehicle charging, energy management, home router and access point, robot vacuums, smoke and CO, TVs, and water management.
What is it you want Wyze to do?

I would like Wyze to do things that are possible (aka Smarthings, HomeKit, etc) and not abandon those for things that are not possible (aka the Matter dream).
Iāve been involved with logistics for quite some time and your answer baffles me āIt costs a fair amount more for us to have both black and white cameras from supply, manufacturing, and stocking perspectivesā. If I had just a few data elements (orders, failures, MFG lead time, etc.) I could perform a spares planning model and tell you how many of each you should keep āon the shelfā. It aint that hard.
