Did Wyze begin enforcing timeouts on the Web Live view? I’m being automatically logged out after 15 minutes. I use an internet app on my TV and logins are done via virtual keyboard, which is ridiculously slow to use, so logins take 3 minutes to get done. As of today, I have to do that 36-40 times a day to maintain monitoring of my cameras. This is a real pain in the a**. Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternative?

I wonder if you’re describing changes that some users have been reporting in Update on Wyze Web View for the past day or so. Since that’s in Wyze News where only Wyze staff can create topics, that’s where I would expect any ongoing Web View issues to get the best visibility here from Wyze. If you want your topic merged into that one, then you can just reply here or flag your own post to request that from the Moderators.
Wyze Web Live why does ittimeout now
Ive noticed that while at my wyze we portl I can watch my cameras or sy feed to one camera but after a while it logs me off or times out? is there a way to stop this? different browser Im using chrome?

We have been having issues with the web view for months now. Does not work on any browser (chrome, edge, brave, Firefox) nor on any of these browsers incognito modes.
ive reset every camera to factory, ive cleared every cache, ive done everything possible on my end and it still keeps happening. My internet connection is 100% reliable, they are all well within reach of the signal.
now on the app, the cameras keep turning themselves off, refusing to load… what is happening?! If we hadn’t just renewed an annual subscription, I’d toss them in the garbage and go elsewhere. The headaches are not worth the lower cost of cameras. Im fed up. They’re not even tracking humans right in front of them when they do decide to work. I clean the lenses with certified lens wipes routinely.
When is Wyze going to admit the problems are on their end?!
