Is web view down? When I log in and go to web view all my cameras just say connecting and the arrow spins constantly. Is the service down? Thanks.
I just logged in to web view to check and my cams all display properly under the Chrome browser on a Win 11 laptop.
Thanks none of mine will display. App on my phone works fine.
If I open the web view app on my iphone I can see all of my cameras but not on my PC.
Which browser are you using on your PC and are you using a VPN?
I was using Brave but I tried it in Edge and it works. I guess it is a Brave issue. Not using a VPN right now. Thanks.

Same problem here - Chrome, worked last night fine.

Tried Microsoft Edge - get auth.wyze.com/login get red block with message:
Suspicious source detected, please go to official Wyze sites and try again.

We can’t see ours either. We tried Chrome and Edge - nothing. Apps work fine on our phones and tablets.

There appears to be a server outage that affects Web View and a few other areas as of 06:30 EST. I’ve reported the issue up the chain.

I been having this issue since I purchased my V4. On win11 laptop will refuse to open my paid for cam for viewing UNLESS I open the app up on android and instantly it loads on the laptop. Happens every time. Guess its a safety thing(?) Has nothing to do with my network. Happens on home wifi and cellular. I called them a month or so ago and asked the guy if this is how it is supposed to work, and he said yes. Personally I don’t think he knew a thing about what I was talking about, and he wasn’t good at English either. But thats how it works here. If Im at work and the better half pulls up chrome and tried to view the cams. she is out of luck unless I open the app on my phone, or she opens her app on her phone. Its a total joke,
My camera doesn’t work. I just wanted something simple. It hasn’t worked since around June or July. I’ve tried contacting support and they won’t respond. This is frustrating.
