Wyze watch 47 Error pairing

Super happy that worked for you! I guess they just made the fix (whatever it was) for 47 and neglected the other watches?

When Wyze wasn’t responsive to my support tickets on this issue from a few weeks ago I tried a bunch of other brands. I’m currently wearing an Amazfit and would recommend it. It works with Gadgetbridge too. Good luck!

Stop the presses!

I finally got the ā€œnewā€ 47 to pair as a 47C.

Maybeeeee… the reason that It finally worked was that I ā€œpairedā€ it on my phone’s Bluetooth before doing the pairing in the Wyze app as a 47C (even though it’s just a 47)

Who knows but all’s well that ends well.

And thank you Crease for you help.

Yep, my Wyze watches pair now. looks like they fixed the issue. i do clear the cache in the app before trying to repair my watches just in case.

Hey! Good to know, and thanks for the update!

FWIW, the Watch 47 and Watch 47c are the same thing. I paired the watch I’m currently wearing as a Watch 47c just to get access to more watch faces, but I ended up using custom faces anyway.

Ohhhhh the problem have been solved

it was a problem with the server on wyze’s end. i mean i could understand if their help desk said you know theres an issue on our side. wait a couple days we will send you a notification that the server is back and working properly and you can pair your watch again. but nope. they practically called it dead. thats poor business model. they could of tried pairing a watch on their end but nope. just wasnt up to par.

So you may recall that a couple of days ago I finally got my 47 to pair as a 47c. Worked great until the next day when the 47 went back to the QR screen.

I tried to delete the 47c from the Wyze app but it only says ā€œBinding failedā€.

So now I not only have a 47 with a QR code barring the door to use but I have a watch on my account that I can’t remove.

I ordered a watch from Amazon ( Amazfit Bip 3, $54). The binding worked immediately and the watch is up and running. 14 day battery life.

I would love to have kept everything in the Wyze ecosystem but apparently that was not to be.

Good luck everyone!

Restart both your watch and phone, then make sure Bluetooth is on and forget the watch from your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Next, reinstall the Wyze app and try pairing again.

Good news I think. Hopefully it has been fixed. I tried pairing my Wyze Watch 47 today and got the same error. Just for kicks I selected the 47c watch pairing option and the Wyze 47 watch paired perfectly and has been added to the Wyze app and the watch is working perfectly. Hope this works for everyone. Good Luck!
