Wyze watch 47 Error pairing

I notice this is being discussed in a couple of other topics^[1][2], but since this one is more recent—and not marked as “solved”—I’ll try to follow this one more closely. Since this issue clearly is not solved, this topic seems like a better home for the discussion.

I’m trying to get some more attention on this and have confirmed that it’s a problem even using an older version of the app, so I suspect Wyze did something on the server side fairly recently.

1. How to reset watch?

   Hello, does anyone know how to reset the watch when its not paired to a phone/account? I unpaired everything from my account because I moved, including things like my watch. I wanted to get a completely fresh start. Now I’m trying to add my watch back and it is saying “This watch is currently paired with another account”. 2. Wyze 47 won't connect

   Not sure if it was the recent update to 2.33.0 (161) on Android. But, around the same time I can no longer connect my watch with my phone. I am getting “Connection failed,tap to try again.(6-1)” and the watch says “Disconnected” all in the app. I have restarted the phone, the watch and turned Bluetooth on and off multiple times (also I tapped to try again). Hopefully, a fix is on the way already!
