What is the voltage and VA rating for the transfer you bought? What was the original that you replaced?
It is the same as original. It is outputting 19vac with the new one. Old one was reading 1vac. Still not working for doorbell.
What is the VA rating though? That seems to be the key to make the chime work.
Remember, the mechanical chime is actually 2 chimes if you had front and rear. You get a controller in each wvd v2. I was hoping to rig 1 for both chimes, but understand the connections needed for a separate controller for each chime.

I’m my case, the transformer specs are 16v and 10VA. As required by the v2 DB. Unfortunately, still doesn’t work.

You are correct that they state 10VA is required. It looks like, in reality, you need 20VA or more. I am going to switch to a 40VA rating later tonight and will report back if it resolved my chime issue.
It’s rated at 20vac output.

Note: A 16V 10VA transformer sits at the lower end of the power supply spectrum. Aging and wiring conditions could affect its efficiency in powering the Video Doorbell v2 or ringing a mechanical chime. Please check your transformer and wiring before purchasing.
FYI I just installed the new 16.5V 30VA transformer and my problem is resolved.
This solved the Chime issue? Are you using Google Home? If so, is that integration working for you?
Google home is certainly still an issue for me… WYZE needs triggers so that my google home speaker can alert me to a doorbell press. So basically it still has ZERO integration with google, despite what was advertised.
My chime issue was resolved by buying a new transformer for $40.

No doorbell to date (from Wyze) has integrated with Google.
This is my first Wyze Doorbell. My Wyze Cams v1 work fine. At least for viewing live video in GH on my Google Pixel phone or on my Nest Hub. From the doorbell, nothing. Sad.

That is what it says. Thus far, at least in my case, not what I have observed. My other Wyze cams stream fine to my phone and my Nest Hub. Nada from the Doorbell v2. I have an open case with support. They have advised that there are numerous issues with Google integration but they have no guidance on when or if there will be a fix.
I finally got mine to work with my Google speakers so they announce when someone pushes the doorbell. I have a Wyze outdoor plug. It has 2 separate controlled outlets and I was only using one. So I told Wyze to turn on the the unused outlet for 1 minute. Google automation can be told to look for it to be on and then Announce to all speakers that someone is at the door. Works perfectly.

No, By me its not ringing to my phone i tried checking all settings no result.
