I found a Wyze Video Doorbell Pro in our playroom today. Took it to my room and plugged it in… showed a solid white light for 1 second, and disappeared. Gave it a while on the charger and unplugged it. Tried powering it on, nothing happened… Tried what I could but it did not work…
I need help!
Try this:
I would also try setting it up from scratch while it is plugged in to power. Maybe the Device works fine with power, but stops when you try to make it run on battery. This will confirm if there is a battery problem or not.
You can also contact support since they will walk you through other troubleshooting steps and may have information on similar situations.

I recently brought my wise video doorbell Pro to charge it and plugged it in to several different cords that didn’t seem to work for it – wall chargers as well. I tried powering the device on and off to see if it needed to be reset somehow and none of that worked so I just left it charging for a time and hoped that it would start charging on its own. Fast-forward 24 hours of charging later, and my doorbell pro is staying at 20% charged.
I couldn’t find anything really helpful in the forums so I was going through the settings in my app and saw a setting that was called “Reset Services” at the bottom of the settings main page. I was about to toss out the Pro and find a new brand to follow, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to hit that reset,
It didn’t hurt, in fact, it seems to have fixed the problem. Charge had dropped to 18% and after charging 10 minutes it’s up to 22%.
