Doorbell pro not charging

I have successfully charged my Doorbell Pro the last two times, but now it won’t charge.
It went from 28% to 60% and then down to 17%. I am using the original cable and charger, and I have tried others with no success. I even reinstalled the doorbell to the app, as suggested online. The firmware is up to date.
Am I to believe that Wyze has faulty batteries and is not reaching out to customers with help?
Please let me know if anything has been done about this issue.

You didn’t say you contacted Wyze support to let them know there is something wrong with with your device, and you only said you looked up stuff online. If that is the case, then Wyze support has no idea there is anything is wrong with your device, so of course they’re not going to contact you about something you haven’t even told them about. You need to contact their support agents and let them know. You can contact them through email, chat or phone.

No, I have not seen people reporting this. I’ve also had multiple of these cameras since the day they launched, I use them on battery and recharge them and the battery is still going strong in them. If there were faulty batteries I’d expect we’d see a pattern and a lot of reports of this by now, especially from people who have had these since the day they launched, but there is no pattern of this. Again, I’d contact support, especially if you’re still covered under the warranty.

If you did contact support about this issue, did you ever get a support ticket number? How did you contact them and when? If you submitted a support ticket through the website and selected to discuss it by email, Make sure to check your junk mail and see if it went there from your email provider

This is the kind of response I expected from Wyze, based upon the lack of responce from my complaint to Wyze support.
This should tell you all you need to know about this company.

This is similar to my experience. My doorbell simply died. It doesn’t turn on I went through support with no luck. They couldn’t fix the problem.
I bought the doorbell and chime last March, so I’m out of warranty.
I’m not sure I’m going to drop another $90 for a replacement.
