For this, you should probably contact support so they can look up your account details and payment charges. There could be a number of things at play that nobody here would have access to verify. Best thing would be contact Wyze and see if they can verify what is showing on their system.

It will let you contact them by phone, chat, or email (email is my favorite method since then I can just check back on my own time instead of waiting on hold while they look things up).
