Before I open my Sence Hub… I understand the replacement is an 18650 battery. However, is it a button-top OR flat-head?

There are no screws on my unit so do I pry it open?

Neither. The 18650 battery has a soldered lead that plugs into the board:

Thank You both for your clarification. I announce low battery.

Guess I’ll see what I get wonder if they send me a new one do I have to reconnect all the eight (8) entry doors, many windows, and motion sensors??

This post makes me think that Wyze should invent a Wyze Scents Hub. Smells like a good idea? :nose:
