Wyze Sense v1

The battery in my door sensor went out on both of my sensors and after putting a new battery in neither are working. One has the light come on but it wont connect to the hub and the other one doesn’t even have a light coming on. Please help.


Sorry to say it’s a known issue.

When the battery dies, some contact sensors will not recover.
