Wyze Lock Bolt - First Impression

Amazing! Finally it’s good to see the team not only acknowledge this gaping flaw but also report to be working on it. I’ve been trying to sound the horns on this since May. Looking forward to the fix and being able to sleep soundly at night not wondering if the door is locked.

Exciting! Any chance it will be enabling the use of a Door Gateway to get WiFi control?

@Shanee Removed 9 things. Most are things not here in my house. Removed everything except wyze watch 47. Still can’t add anyone or add fingerprint to myself or even turn on auto lock.

Well… Crickets!
No info one the issue? No updates. Several tickets turned in… Crickets. I hate crybaby people because a product isnt what they wanted it to be but… I just want mine to work!! New in April, still can’t use 3/4 of it. The lack of even a contact or reply is disheartening.

Could you create a customer support ticket and let me know what the number is? We can send a replacement unit through that.

jimjrfl’s support ticket was Aug 8th Ticket# 2275007 Log# 675466. Just wondering… do they need to create a 2nd support ticket?

Our support person sent you an email to confirm details about the replacement - did you receive the email? Maybe check your junk/spam folder?
