I had 5 cameras, 1 doorbell, and home monitoring subscriptions. Now there are none! I have previously submitted a ticket couple weeks ago but it was never answered or addressed. I have had this subscriptions for a long time. 5 years approximately. Maybe more. No info, no responses, just all cameras, doorbell and home security removed from my account! I even tried calling and held for 43 minutes. no answer. Cant connect via Livechat. Can chat with robot, but as soon as “Live Chat” tries to launch it never fully loads. What gives?!?!? No subscriptions, no phone, no replies or responses from ticket. Live Chat doesn’t work!! Are they still operating support?? So many questions.
I’ve been conversing with people who have gotten a hold of support even just today. I’m not sure why you’re having struggles getting ahold of them.
How long ago did you try the email method? Sometimes it takes them a couple of days, and now that it’s the weekend, you may not get a response by email until early next week. Some people have also found the emails got filtered by their junk mail.
Chat can be affected to some degree based on browser settings. Are you using Chrome or a different browser?? They primarily develop most of their stuff around Chrome. Some other browsers don’t always work well with their stuff.
Phone should work during the right business hours, but they can have longer hold times during peak hours. It’s probably best call in the morning sometime when call volume is usually lower.
Devil’s advocate, support should not be affected by browser flavour.
I agree; however, users sometimes add things to their browsers which break things on Web sites, especially when those broken things are being served from somewhere else (embedded from another domain, etc.). Reading situations like this always makes me wonder about overly-aggressive extensions or plugins, so it may be worth disabling any of those. Firefox’s Troubleshoot Mode is an easy way to try that sort of thing.
