So I got an email from Wyze for an issue I submitted and in that email it said contact support at their email (support@wyze.com) if I needed additional help.
I did and then automatically got a reply saying that email is not monitored…sounds like a bug in their email support?
I’m starting to believe this company: Wyze is a scam.
I’ve found it impossible to get any help or contact the company in any way.
I’ve logged a few “Diagnostic Logs”. It’s says “reach out to Wyze support”
Takes you to a page which advertises the hours they are available:6-6 pacific. But no way to contact them!
Frustrating in the extreme.
As is having a Video Doorbell pro that constantly turn off notifications.
I really regret buying so many Wyze products.

Same here. Looks like they have some troubles with their support.
My Doorbell has some issues and I am trying to get some support but there’s no way to contact them as the chat section is always inactive though it worked a month or so ago.
I don’t find this to be true, and I posted in another topic within the past hour or so about using the chatbot to get the phone number. Maybe you’re in a location or have a browser setting that’s causing some issues with the site?
At least this time they actually told me that they’re closing the ticket:
