My issue is not urgent so I don’t want to wait on the phone or chat, but I cannot seem to locate an email address. Anyone know what it is?

If you want to contact support and don’t want to go through the phone, you need to go through the ticketing system on the Support website. There is an email address that’s apart of the ticketing system, but it’s not being monitored if it’s emailed straight up and you won’t get a response.
