How to I get support to respond?

Does anyone know the secret to getting a response from Wyze Support? Asking for assistance is not an easy process and it appears the only option is through email. I’ve tried twice over the past 10 days via email in response to their opening a ticket but can not get any follow up from them. Even tried twitter to no avail. I like their products but this experience is turning me away

There are potential ways through Social Media as well. Be it Facebook, Twitter, potentially YouTube, probably other channels. Posting there, like you did here, can potentially give them a higher sense of urgency to respond.
