Help when help desk cannot help?

Has anyone found a way of reaching someone other than through the help ticketing system? Much as I like Wyze products, their help on account matters seem totally inept at solving what should be a basic problem. I have asked “Louise” to escalate the problem to her manager but have heard nothing after that.
For all the good it has done me I might as well have given my money to the local dog shelter.

Reading the FAQ pages and searching or posting to the forums are good alternatives if you don’t want to be patient with support, there is also a Wyze subreddit that is worth a look.
