Wyze Cam Outdoor failed and can't get a response from Wyze

Hi, 1 of my Wyze Cam Outdoor cameras failed about 2-3 weeks ago. I have submitted multiple tickets and have not received any responses. Does anyone know how to reach Wyze support. The camera is only a few months old and it won’t turn on, charge or anything else. It has completely failed. Thank you!

They certainly don’t make it easy to find. I was ready to switch camera systems because no support is a deal breaker for me.

It was not the easiest thing to find. I agree that a support team is a dealbreaker. I have so many different devices from different brands and honestly, I think Wyze support has the best team on the phone.
