Chat support is not accessible . How do i reach to support?

Hi , I can not find chat support on wyze.com . The shown option in Help Center is not clickable. There is not Phone number or email to reach out for help with my wyze hub . This is a very bad user experience . Can some one reach out to me ASAP ?

I am facing trouble with alarm not being triggered by Wyze Hub.

Here is how you can get to Support:

From the regular CS link https://support.wyze.com , click in the middle box, a text entry pop-up is displayed, start typing “Customer Support” for example. You’ll get the chatbot. You can either chat with the bot or ask for an agent. I haven’t tried asking for phone number in a while, but I’m sure the bot will give it to you.

I just tried since you mentioned it, and it does (if you respond that you’re in United States or Canada, anyway, but I suspect it has an idea because of my IP address):

They also used to have a nifty full-page e-mail form for submitting a new ticket, but it appears that they’ve done away with that recently. (I don’t know if my own contact with Wyze had anything to do with it; nevertheless, I have apologized for this.) You can still get to an abbreviated submission form through the chatbot, as well.
