Hi , I can not find chat support on wyze.com . The shown option in Help Center is not clickable. There is not Phone number or email to reach out for help with my wyze hub . This is a very bad user experience . Can some one reach out to me ASAP ?
I am facing trouble with alarm not being triggered by Wyze Hub.
From the regular CS link https://support.wyze.com , click in the middle box, a text entry pop-up is displayed, start typing “Customer Support” for example. You’ll get the chatbot. You can either chat with the bot or ask for an agent. I haven’t tried asking for phone number in a while, but I’m sure the bot will give it to you.
