How do I get an option to chat with someone? These.ordwr issues are slowly driving me crazy. Two items were supposed to be shipped but only one was. My vacuum is missing. I’m livid.

So the chat feature so many people talk about isn’t real
You kind of have to fight with the Chatbot until it stops trying to be helpful and connects you to a human. I used it once and got through after about 8 minutes.

@Jojodapyro You can use the chat. To get to a real person, answering “NO” to the questions will skip over all irrelevant auto responses much faster.
