I’ve been trying to reach customer support through chat and keep getting kicked off after nearly an hour of watching the Que count down.
Calling just offers a nonstop stream of headache inducing “music” with no clue as to how long the wait is.
I’m about ready to give up and toss these things.
Is this how it is or is there some other solution?
I wish they would have told me this before I spent the money.

There are two way to contact Wyze support.

Phone support is faster most of the time, but sometimes there is more calls then usual. I would suggest calling earlier in the day and trying multiple times. I haven’t had any issues with chat or phone support so I’m sorry this is happening to you!
