It may have been released but it isn’t available on any of my V4 cams yet.
Same here, Maybe our V4s don’t qualify for it
Probably doesn’t like all my critters.
What’s not to like!?
Maybe it’s a hint to stop posting videos.
Nah, it keeps you young
I was wondering the same thing.
Hurry up and wait
Then again we might regret the update. happens with firmware updates sometimes.
Totally agree, but we like to live on the edge
I’ve been running 4.52.9.1134 on my v4 cams since Sep 26 (beta). No problems encountered here.
Thanks, that’s a least some hope.
I’ve been running this in beta on several V4’s too. I don’t see anything negative.
I just hope that between beta and production version they haven’t introduced new bugs
It’s identical or they would’ve incremented the version number. Since they didn’t, there is no difference.
I think that is a myth.
No, they have told us this in the past when asked.
One reason for this is that if they don’t increment the number then it would be impossible for beta testers to get the official public release.
Additionally, if there were issues, then when support or their devs ask what firmware version has such and such problem, it would be indistinguishable and hard to find issues if they can’t tell the difference because the version numbers are the same but the coding is actually different. That would be terrible structure.
But regardless, the devs have already told us if they didn’t increment the number it means it’s identical.
I was just being sarcastic
