One of my two upgraded successfully - the other one has no WiFi at work. I’ll get that one this evening.

Min updated without issues from the Batch Firmware update page. I also have to say, the update was fast.

Booted my camera offline an update failed to install. Went into the “status unknown state”

Same happened to my 2, update failed, would not reconnect to wifi after reboot. Took 1 down, brought it inside, tried to reset/reinstall without success. Looks like a call to support tomorrow, normally, I would just put a drawer, but, these cost too much to ignore.

How did you try to do your update? The Batch Upload or the Device itself?

Have you tried the basic, clear Cache, force stop the app by swiping up, then restarting your phone and trying again?

I did it through the batch upgrade page. Went to go check on the camera and it shows the “error -90” and it has dropped off the network according to UniFi Network. I attempted to power cycle hoping that would resolve but it is yet to come back. I didn’t do the basic stuff because the camera is actually offline and unreachable.

Interesting…

Is it easy to bring it and set it up again, but do the setup without removing it from the app?

I also did it through the batch update, brought 1 of mine it in and tried the reset (without removing it from the app) without success.

Unfortunately I can’t with my knee as it’s mounted on a utility pole… I’m hoping it comes back sometime…

Yea, was not sure where you mounted them.

I did not have any issue with the batch, but I always test with one first and then a group.

I would make sure to include @WyzeJasonJ and @WyzeAndy on these issues.

As always, you may need to provide an App Log, so they can see what is happening.

Can you get to the camera settings tab? Then do a log from there? I know UniFi says you don’t have internet, which would iply your WiFi info may be missing. but curious what happens if you say create a log.

I’ll be sure to tag them here. I am able to create and submit a log. It has now switched to a combination error of -90 and 0.

@WyzeAndy @WyzeJasonJ attempted to upgrade to this latest firmware and it took my camera offline and it has not come back. I have attempted a power cycle which has not solved the issue. I went ahead and created a log and it has an ID of 897830.

Both of mine updated without issues through batch firmware screen - though I did do one at a time for the sake of safety lol.

Updated successfully via bulk update page. Up and running.

256GB SD Format in 53.6 seconds.

Is this just a wipe or is it a complete reformat and, if so, what FAT is the cam using to reformat?

Will monitor uploads and image quality tomorrow in the daylight.

I think they said if you have a 256 card it would be EX-Fat

Thx. Will have to pull it and see if my phone can read it now after the updated format utility. I usually have to format my cards in a V3 first so I can read them in my phone. After a V3Pro format, my phone can’t read them.

I will get your info and logged passed up to the team in the morning.

Also updated mine and it failed now getting the error -90 stating the device is offline after multiple power cycles. The item will not come back online. Should I try a full reset? Or maybe a manual firmware update via the SD card?

I also did the batch update before checking the forum. I should have waited :rage:, now both cam or off network. I will wait to see what is the procedure to recover them.
