Cams & plugs all off line

Bought & set up 2 cams and 2 plugs for vacation home. Been working fine for 2 weeks…now they’re all off line. Cable must’ve went out with power for a few minutes. Other devices have reconnected-Can I reboot them remotely? If not, it was a waste of money. Help!
