I’m having the same problem. Reset the camera multiple times. Took out the sd card, different networks I have, etc. I think it works in live view on the web, but it’s been a couple days since I tried. If you get a workaround or a reason please let us know.
Btw was working before the server mishap a few days ago

None of my pro devices allow me to connect to them. They are still sending events … but no direct connections are working.

Can’t believe I didn’t see the other post about clearing cache and data. No need to uninstall the app
Thnx

Here is my log # for all 6 of my V3 Pro cameras have the symptom all at the same time since Feb 2nd. Still ongoing. 1326883

As of this morning, I’m still unable to Live Stream any of my PRO cams…

Do they show in a camera group, or is just the SINGLE live view mode problematic?

I’m also still having the exact same issues as the original poster - camera group shows all my cameras (v2, doorbell, outdoor, and v3 pro) as expected, web live view works, events are working.

trying to access the v3 pro’s single camera view results in the 3 of 3 loading indefinitely, SD card events cannot be brought up either.

currently have a ticket open with support and I’m told the issue is actively being investigated.

GideonOmega:
Can you try the 3 finger salute method and see if it lets you in?
Once you are on the screen where it shows connecting…

Android 3 button navigation method:
Press the Android HOME (bottom middle circle).
Press the OVERVIEW (bottom right square).
Tap on the Wyze app (should go into single live view).

Android Gesture Method:
Swipe up from the bottom (HOME).
Swipe up from the bottom and HOLD then Release (OVERVIEW)
Tap on the Wyze App (should go into single live view)

Hello! Do you mind loading the live stream/access SD card again, submitting a log and posting the log number here? I will pass that on to our dev team. Appreciated!

my bcp updates battery level icon and sends proper events thumbnails to app.
but when i try view live it displays failed to connect error code -15, 403 or -5

i heard they caught some LockBit ransomware gang today, internet went crazy, websites on and off, interstingly my bcp started send events (but no live view) when my isp switched on vpn, without vpn no events no live view.

i think wyze should offer free vpn or with cam plus

I am still having this issue. My V3 Pro with a paid plan will play back event clips but refuses to load the live stream. It will eventually time-out and crash the app. My standard V3 and V2 cams play just fine. I have tired cleaning the cache, logging out and back in, and even reinstalling the app but no luck. I have also updated the firmware and app to the latest but still the same issue occurs. I’ve submitted logs: 1329134

My V3 Pros are working this morning under Android 14, which is nice for a change.
I usually have to 3 finger salute (Home button, Overview Button, Select Wyze App) to get live view.

Unfortunately after lunch, I am back to having problems with single live view mode on my V3 Pros using my Pixel 6a.
Luckily I can Close the Wyze App, Toggle Airplane Mode ON/OFF, and that seems to clear it up for a while. I can also use the “3 finger salute” method mentioned above for quick entry into single view live mode.

Newly purchased V3 Pro, haven’t been able to view the live stream at all.

WyzeNathan,
I created a log file for my one of my three V3Pro cameras that are exhibiting this behavior in single view live stream (group view is fine).

The work-arounds keep me in the game, but it would be nice if it could be fixed.
Thanks very much!

Sigh…now my Cam OG is doing it. It records events, I can see the event clips, but when I try to view the live stream it goes through step one of connection, then at step 2 “Authenticating with the cam” it tries a couple of times then errors out with a code 20005.

Think I’m gonna be replacing this cam with a Ring also. Might relegate this one to a less critical use.

I’ve already given up on my V3 Pro that keeps going offline and am about to take down one of my other outdoor Wyze cams that I’ve backed up with a Ring cam.

Not going to dump all my Wyze cams but definitely going to replace some of my more critical ones with Ring.

::edit:: Now it’s working… go figure.

I am sitting here looking at a V3 Pro doing the now infamous:

Loading Live Stream…
Step 1 of 3
Starting up a secure connection.
Try to connect x times

Pressed the Home button
Pressed the Overview button
tapped on the Wyze App
Temporarily back into the live view (single live view)
