Wyze Cam Pan 2 Setup Button not responsive

My Wyze Cam Pan V2 indicator light stays in red status. The setup button does not result in any activity from the camera. This issue is after 1 year of usage.

Tried factory reset by holing the setup button for more than 20 seconds, but NOT working any anymore. When I contacted Wyze Customer Support they offered me $10 credit, no other solution to my issue.

Can anyone assist?

Since you already exhausted the standard support troubleshooting and even a factory reset didn’t work, but you’re still getting a light to prove power is working, you can always try manually flashing the firmware to an earlier firmware version.
