Wyze Cam Pan V2 set up and WiFi connection issue (Flashing Red LED light)

Hi

I cannot connect one of my Wyze Cam Pan to WIFI. Other Wyze devices and the second Pan camera is working properly.
What should I do?

Try doing a factory reset on the one which cannot connect and then set it up again.

To factory reset your Wyze Cam Pan v2:

  1. With the Wyze Cam Pan plugged into power, press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds. This will reset the camera.
  2. Wait at least 30 seconds for the unit to initiate.
  • This process can take up to 5 minutes. It’s rare, but it’s possible.
  1. The LED status light on the device will change from strong text****Solid Red to Flashing Red.
  2. The device is now ready to be set up again.

The Red LED light is flashing but ISN’T turning to YELLOW and don’t let me to start setup process…

Maybe hit the setup button once more after it starts flashing red? Or try power cycling and then hitting setup

I would reach out to Wyze and see what they will say as well.

I would remove the power cable and wait for about a minute. Then plug it back in. See if you can set it up.
