I bought my camera in July of 2020 and this year when I updated the software it stopped responding. I contacted Wyze customer support and their solution was to hold down the button on the bottom of the camera after removing the SD card, which I had already done, but nothing happens, the amber light just continues to flash. Welcome to the forums! So to confirm, the camera doesn’t work at all? Won’t connect to app? Looks like you tried the factory reset and what you said did not work, I’d say the next thing would be a manual firmware flash. Download the latest released firmware and follow the instructions below. I’ve done this process many a time and have brought cameras back into a working state.

You didn’t say how long you held the button, but for a factory reset you have to hold it for awhile. Probably twice the 10 seconds they recommend. I typically just hold it until I feel it restarting.
