Well I just spent 15 minutes upgrading all 4 of my cameras and the base without issue to the new firmware. My base is connected via ethernet and all 4 cams have a 3 bar signal and are working.

I understand that, I reverted to 14 because the update broke the wifi capability of my base station. Reset it many time with the new firmware and it just didn’t work. So, staying on 14 for now. My camera is on the new firmware and I had no issue connecting it to my base either.

what firmware is currently on your base station and outdoor cameras? if your base station is on 4.16.1.22, can you try flashing your outdoor camera to 4.17.1.52 with a microSD card and retry the setup?

It doesn’t matter - how do you try to revert (manually or by default) previous firmware, it was was impossible to connect Wyze cam outdoor to the base station and I got the same voice prompt “Setup failed” I NEED DIRECT SUPPORT FROM WYZE. Is it possible to help me remotely?
