Will not update firmware
Why ?
Let’s start off with what version do you have on your OG-Tele?
And are you a beta tester for that camera type?
Have you tried clicking on Firmware Version in your above screenshot and are you not given the option of manually starting the update process?

The camera is new, yet firmware version in it now seems to be several versions old
One thing to try is move the camera very close to your WiFi router just to try to update (even if it seems to be close enough).
Worth a try and then move it back if you want.

You don’t want to put it right on top of your wifi, there is such a thing as too close. 6 feet should be fine. Reboot the camera and try the update again.
It is possible that for some reason your router or ISP is blocking connectivity to the Wyze server that downloads the firmware. Unlikely, but possible. Are you using an ISP provided router, and/or does your router have any sort of “advanced security” or “strict firewall” or anything like that?
While you are rebooting your camera, also restart your cable modem and WiFi router / access point too.

I have 6 wyze V4 cams on the same router and I was able to update them

Won’t start the update or update failing?
I believe the update is Failing from the screenshot above.
I got this message, too, when I updated a floodlight pro. A retry worked.

Which is actually good news. It’s because it implies that now the firmware update process first downloads the whole file before installing the update. Wyze is listening to my rants.
With Error Code 13 might be related to bandwidth. You might make sure nobody on your network is downloading lots of data while you are trying to update.

I turned off the router security setting but did not help
I updated other cameras no problem
i ordered a new camera from AMZ
